THE LIFE AUDIT
2025
As the year comes to an end I'm using the remaining days to declutter, reflect, and plan (kinda). This is an act of self-love - a moment to honor yourself, release what no longer serves, make space for the energy you want to welcome. I love the end of year reflection once I let go, I can breathe. Stacked layers of lore for me this year – And maybe you too. Think of this as the ultimate debrief. It's your Apple Music Wrapped but replace music with life events.
Below I created a guide that is broken into four phases to help unload the 2025 weight, clutter + canon events. Reflecting, releasing, and turning our thoughts into reality.
This guide is not a path for perfection (perfection is delusion) it is a path to progress.
You can approach this in any way: typing a document, writing in a journal (I prefer pen to paper) Switch prompts, adjust as needed, do what works for YOU. 2025 was like an unskippable ad...but somehow (shockingly) I wouldn't have skipped a second (so corny). I found true happiness in being single for the first time the freedom set me free. Upped my chef skills, worked on fun projects with new clients, rode the bus for the first time (long story), remodeled my bathroom. That's just a blip of the good - trust there were multiple shit storms. All handled with grace (of course) - Anyways dig deep, the stuff you've pondered on or let marinate inside of you- get it out. You cannot fix what you won't face. I'll leave you with a quote I enjoy
